Not bad. I was partly convinced at the first pic first, but it became obvious that they were legos. Those just make you look like a geek, IMO.

The problem is that you have to buy a couple of set just to get the blocks to make a cigarette

An alternative would be fake cigarettes that they sell at costume shops. They actually look real, from a distance.
