Web Discoveries

Fitness and exercise brings health !

This is the third post about the blogs I found while browsing problogger’s group writing project.

Today I’ll present you 9 blogs in two different categories which are “Fitness and Health” and also “Meta blogging and Internet Marketing”. Happy reading ! :)

Fitness and Health

Zen to Fitness

I already mentioned this great blog in my “blog day” post, so I won’t talk again how well written and interesting it is ! Just check it out :P

One interesting post from Zen to Fitness :

Mun Fitness Blog

Mun Fitness Blog is another great source of content for people who want to stay fit, lose weight and be healthy. The author covers a lot of different subjects in an easy to follow writing style. From categories like “Funny Fitness Experience” to “Weight Loss” and “Fitness Gadget/Equipment”, there is something for everyone !

One interesting post from Mun Fitness Blog :

Anxiety Panic and Health

The author, Mike Nichols, writes about “Anxiety Disorder” and gives his personal tips. But even if you’re not affected directly by “Anxiety Disorder”, we all suffer in one way or another from stress and reading nice tips can’t hurt!

One interesting post from Anxiety Panic and Health :

The Daily Mind

I must say that I find this blog topic really original and interesting. I don’t know if there are others like this, but it’s the first one that I found talking about this subject and it will certainly peak your curiosity. This blog is “a place to help other make the daily grind meaningful”. Isn’t that a nice idea ? Anyway, if you work and/or if you have trouble making sense of all this, then it could be your answer, or at least, it could help you being happier in your everyday life. I suggest that you read the “about page“, it will give you hints for what to expect.

Meta Blogging and Internet Marketing

Putting Blogs First

Another blog that I already wrote about in my “blog day” post. Still, if you have a blog, it’s a great place to visit. Surrounded by a minimalist design without publicity, Muhammad Siyab explores a lot of subjects to help bloggers and also has frequent original post types, for example his “Monday questions”, his “Friday top 10″ or his “Thursday links roundup”. Also, if you have a Wordpress blog, it’s certainly a nice fit in your RSS reader.

One interesting post from Putting Blogs First :

Blogger’s Lab

If you’re new at blogging or if you would like to start a new blog, this is a great place to start with. This blog started in June 2008 but already has a lot of great content to read. Blogger’s lab explores subjects like “blog optimization”, “link building”, SEO and more.

One interesting post from Blogger’s lab :

BlogSavvy.net

This blog is not new, it was started in 2005, so there is more than 100 posts to read there ! It’s a great source of content for new bloggers and experienced bloggers as well.

One interesting post from BlogSavvy.net :

Lost Art of Blogging

Again, it’s another blog about blogging, but it’s another interesting blog too. Also, you’ll see that the articles on “Lost Art of Blogging” really go in depth into the subject (a little like doshdosh), which is unusual for blogs in that niche but still, really refreshing.

One interesting post from Lost Art of Blogging :

Marketing Factor

The author, Miguel Alvarez, writes about internet marketing tactics and strategies to make money online. There is a lot of great content there separated in six big categories which are “Internet Marketing”, “Social Marketing”, “Blogging & RSS”, “Audio & Video”, “Web Design” and “Cool Stuff”.
